How do I update the meeting cadence for a team?

This article provides an overview of how to update the meetings allocated to a team.

A Team's meetings are determined by the 'Meeting Cadence' field. This field is a dropdown box of pre-set meeting cadences configured by YakTrak on behalf of your organisation.

  • From the main menu on the left, click "Teams".
  • Click the drop-down arrow next to the team name that you want to update.

  • This will reveal additional details about the team, as illustrated below.

  • Next to the 'Meeting Cadence' field, click the pencil icon.
  • Select the relevant meeting cadence name from the dropdown box. 
  • Click the 'Save' icon to save the new meeting Cadence.
