How do I add information to my current Development Plan
At times you will want to add information to your current assessment or development plan to demonstrate how you have progressed. The format of the development plans vary depending on the client.
- Click on 'Development' from the main menu. Note: your main menu title may be different as it is customised to your organisation.
- You will then be taken to your history of assessments and development plans, as seen below:
- To view and edit, click on the most current assessment in the 'Assessments' box in the top right of the screen.
- You will be taken to the assessment page. Click on the Edit button in the top right corner to edit.
- Add notes or actions accordingly that outline any actions or wins that have occurred to ensure they are recognised at performance review time.
- Click on 'Save' once complete.
A user is unable to add attachments to their own assessment. This can only be performed through your leaders log-in.
A user is unable to update their own skills assessment once it has been saved. After it has been saved it can be updated from a leaders log-in.
