The **''Leave''** Report provides an overview of all team members who have been placed on leave within your selected dates. When a team member is placed on leave their coaching requirements is automatically adjusted reflecting in the [Operating Rhythm Detail report.](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/knowledge-base/how-do-i-run-an-operating-rhythm-detail-report?hsLang=en) Please note: This report is only available on the legacy reporting and not the Metrics report. --- ### How to run a Leave Report? - Click on **''Reports''** from the main menu. ![image-1](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/image-1-Jan-30-2025-05-09-27-0776-AM.webp?width=670&height=383&name=image-1-Jan-30-2025-05-09-27-0776-AM.webp) - You will be presented with a list of **"Report Type"**. ![Leave report](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Leave%20report.webp?width=670&height=279&name=Leave%20report.webp) - **Subjects:** Choose whom you would like to run the report for: - **'Teams':** Report on individual teams that report into you. - **'Teams & Children':** Report on any teams reporting into you and their teams. - **'Team Level':** Report on all leaders reporting into you not including yourself. - **'Roles':** Report on all team members of a particular role. - **'Individuals':** Report on individuals that report into you. - **Date Range:** Select the date range you would like to run the report for. - Click on **''Run Now''**, to view the data in YakTrak.
