What are the different types of reports available currently under - METRICS?

This article provides you information on the different types of reports available under METRICS. It also outlines the type of filters currently available to use to be able to customize the reports.


Type of Reports with Filters

Answer Score Comparison: 

This report displays the scores for each question on a form and compares them to the previous period to spot trends. Filter by team, date range, or question.

  • Filters available for this type of report -
    • Title, Description, Period of the data, Subjects, Questions, Colour Palette, Data Table, Heat Map and Totals


Answer Score Timeline:

This report helps track how scores for each question change over time. View trends by week, month, or quarter. Filter by team, date range, or question.

    • Title, Description, Period of the data, Subjects, Questions, Group Data by, Colour Palette, Chart Style.


Session Quantity Breakdown:

Session Quantity Breakdown will show you weekly trends for sessions completed by individuals in selected teams.

    • Title, Description, Period of the data, Subjects, Routines, Group by, Colour Palette, Data Table, Heat Map and Totals 


Session Quantity Timeline:

With the Session Quantity Timeline report view the number of sessions completed by a team or individual over a chosen time period.

Goal Completion:

Goal Completion report shows you how many goals were created and completed over time. Filter by date range to spot patterns and compare trends.

    • Title, Description, Period of the data, Subjects, Group Data by, Colour Palette, Target Goals, Chart Style, Data Table, Heat Map and Totals 
In the example below, the statistics displayed at the top of the graph indicate the number of goals created and completed for the Quarter. By hovering your mouse over a specific data point, you can access detailed information about the date range and corresponding numbers, provided you have chosen to hide the data table below. You can do this through the filters. 


Logins #

Logins report displays a historical overview of user login activity over time, showing login trends and patterns for selected teams or members

Operating Rhythm Breakdown:

This report provides you a view of how often routines are completed, grouped by their set frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). 

  • Filters available for this type of report -
    • Title, Description, Period of the data, Subjects, Routines ,Colour Palette.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the time period, requirements, and completion details covered by the data, simply hover over a bar or click on it for an in-depth overview.


Operating Rhythm Timeline:

This report displays Operating Rhythm trends over time for each selected routine, helping you analyse performance patterns and compare 'expected' versus 'actual' outcomes.

Yaktivity Trends: 

Track Yaktivity trends to see changes in activity levels and how consistently teams are delivering over time.

    • Title, Description, Period of the data, Subjects, Group Data by, Colour Palette, Target Percent, Chart Style, Data Table, Heat Map and Totals 


Filters and its function 

A variety of filters and options are available to refine your report, allowing you to focus on the most pertinent data and customize the way you visualize your findings.

  • Title - You can assign a title to your report, which is particularly helpful when managing multiple team reports on your dashboards.
  • Size - Allows you to adjust the tile width between half and full sizes, providing flexibility in your dashboard layout.
  • Period - Enables you to select the specific time frame for the data you wish to analyse.
  • Subjects - Choose the subjects or teams for which you want to generate the report.
  • Questions - Enables the selection of specific questions from a form to include in your report.
  • Routine(s) - Choose the specific form or activity for which you wish to generate a report.
  • Group Data by - Choose your preferred method for grouping the data, either by Weeks or Months.
  • Group by - Certain reports also provide the option to specify how the data is grouped, such as by Coach or Coachee.
  • Colour Palette - Select a color palette to personalize the appearance of your reports.
  • Chart - You can choose from two primary chart types: Column and Bar.
  • Statistics - Displays key information such as Average Score or Percentage directly on selected graphs.
  • Data Table - Offers the ability to incorporate elements such as heat maps, totals, and averages into the data table.
After configuring your report and confirming that your selections meet your needs, simply click the Save button located in the bottom-right corner to finalise and store your report.

Upon creation, your report will be automatically added to your dashboard, allowing for easy access and visibility unless you decide to unpin it.
