Whether you are logging in for the first time and need assistance or are searching for something specific within the platform, you can find comprehensive help on all aspects of YakTrak directly within the platform.
- After logging into your profile, locate the
icon in the top right corner of the screen and click on it.
- This will display a pop-up window titled 'Guided Help'.
- The window features two tabs: 'Help' and 'Onboarding Checklist'.
Help
On the 'Help' tab, you'll find a comprehensive collection of frequently used processes, organised into two sections tailored to your specific role.
- 'My Profile' - Here, you can find guidance on updating your password, creating goals, and addressing other common inquiries related to your account.
- 'Leader, Coach and Admin' - Here, you will find resources and guidance tailored specifically for leaders, coaches, and administrators, addressing any questions or challenges you may encounter while using the platform.
On-Boarding Checklist
Here, you will find a carefully curated list of activities aimed at helping you become acquainted with the platform, tailored specifically to your role. The introductory tour walkthroughs provide a step-by-step guide, walking you through various actions within YakTrak to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
The options available in this checklist may differ slightly based on whether you have a Member profile or a Leader profile.
