'Teams' Overview

This article provides a general overview of the 'Teams' page on the main menu.

The Teams menu gives you lots of immediate information on a team at a glance. You can also Create Members, Invite existing Members to a team and add a child team.

By clicking on the ‘Teams’ button from the main menu, you can access the details of all the teams including:

Key information about the team:
  • Yaktivity %
  • Parent team (the team that the selected team reports into)
  • The Leader of the team
  • Team members of the team
  • Levels of the leader
  • Click the Drop down button

  • Yaktivity (Rolling three months operating rhythm)

  • Goals
    • Goal Completion rates for the team
    • Core skills being worked on within goals
    • Rolling Goal Completion rates

  • Skills
    • Find out what skill ratings each team member is or the whole team.
    • Average skill rating
    • Results of individual skills assessments
    • Rolling skill level/capability increase

  • Activity
    • Login details
    • Coaching and meeting frequency

  • Hierarchy
    • View the hierarchy that sits beneath the selected team.
