[Coaching](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/team-dashboard?hsLang=en#coaching) # How do I view my team members previous coaching sessions and forms? ## This article shows you where you can find all the previous coaching sessions and forms that have been completed on your team members. Every coaching session and document completed for a member is saved in their 'Coaching & Forms History'. This history is saved to the coachee's profile and will remain on their profile regardless of any team movements or role changes.  There are 2 ways in which you can view your team members coaching, either via "**Members**" from the Main Menu or "**Team Members**" widget on your Team Dashboard. --- ### View your team members coaching from the Main Menu - "Members" option. - Click on the **"Members"** option from the Main Menu on the left. - Search for the team member whose coaching history you would like to view. - Click on the drop down arrow against the name - Click on **"Coaching & Forms"** tab as seen below ![coaching history members](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/coaching%20history%20members.png?width=670&height=249&name=coaching%20history%20members.png) - Click on the **"Coaching & Forms** **History"** at the top right of the tile. - You will be taken to your members Coaching & Forms history page directly as shown below. ![Coaching history](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Coaching%20history-3.png?width=670&height=210&name=Coaching%20history-3.png) --- ### View your team members coaching from the "Team Members" widget on your dashboard. - On your **"Team Dashboard",** navigate to the **"Team Members"** widget. - Click the ellipses "**..**" next to the team member's name whose coaching history you would like to view. - Select **"Coaching/Form History"** from the drop down menu as shown below. ![coaching history team member widget](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/coaching%20history%20team%20member%20widget.png?width=670&height=329&name=coaching%20history%20team%20member%20widget.png) - You will be taken to your members Coaching & Forms history page directly as shown below. ![Coaching history](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Coaching%20history-3.png?width=670&height=210&name=Coaching%20history-3.png) --- ### What information is on the coaching/forms history page? - At the top of the page, activities are organised into tabs, with each activity available under its respective button. - To view one your your previous sessions, simply click on the document you want to view.
