This article shows you where you can find all your previous coaching sessions and forms that have ever been conducted on you.
With the coaching sessions, there are 2 ways to view them.
1. From your Dashboard
2. From the Main Menu
How to view coaching sessions from your "Me" dashboard.
- Locate the 'Coaching & Forms ' widget on your 'Me' dashboard.
- Click on the 'History' button in the top right corner of that widget.
- You will be taken to your Coaching & Forms history page. This page shows all your coaching/activities ever conducted on you, regardless of who conducted them.

At the top of the page, activities are categorised in tabs at the top, and then each activity can be found under the respective buttons.
- To view one your your previous sessions, simply click on the document you want to view
Any inactive forms will appear in the 'archived' tab at the top
You can also create a new coaching session from your "Coaching & History" page, by clicking the "Create Session" button on the right hand top corner of the screen.
How to view the coaching sessions from your "Main Menu" dashboard.
- On the Main Menu, click "Coaching & Forms" option.
- You will be taken to your "Coaching & Forms" history page as show below.
What information is on the coaching/forms history page?
- The coaching history page provides you visibility of:

- 'UID' - The unique identifier of that particular form
- 'Coach' - Who the coach was for the form
- 'Coachee' - Who the coachee of the activity was - this should remain consistent from both view
- 'Date complete' - Is the date and time the coaching session was run - not when it was added into the system
- It also shows for each activity:

If the session contributed towards Yaktivity

If a goal was attributed to the session, including the status of the goal

Option to download the document to a pdf

If you move teams or change roles, all your coaching history will move with you through the organisation.
