How do I view a team member's goal completion rate and behaviour they are focusing on?
This article provides an overview of how to view a users goal completion rate as well as key skills being developed historically as well as current.
The goal completion rate offers valuable insights into the overall number of goals classified as either Complete or Incomplete. It also emphasizes the key skills and behaviors that team members prioritise when establishing their goals within a specific timeframe.
View Goal completion rate and Areas of Focus
You can access this information in two different ways:
1. Through the "Members" section in the main menu (If you are a team leader)
2. Through the "Goals" section in the main menu (If you are a team member)
Main Menu

Click on 'Members' to view a list of all team members you have the permission to access.
- Click on the "More" dropdown menu next to the team member whose information you wish to view.

- Click on the 'Goals' tab located beneath the team member's name, as illustrated in the image below. This action will direct you to the goal summary page for that user.

- You will see the team members current goal completion rate alongside the "Most Common Focus Area"
- In the top right corner, a dropdown menu enables you to select from various predetermined time periods for analysis.
- Additionally, by clicking the grey arrow to the right, you can access a rolling history of goal completion, providing insights into progress over time.
