What is an Operating Rhythm Detail Report?
An Operating Rhythm is a set of activities (meetings, coaching and/or interactions) that a leader is expected to deliver to drive and manage the organisations required results. Operating Rhythm % report provides both an 'Average' operating rhythm % (% of the required activities completed on average over the selected period) as well as the 'Actual' week by week operating rhythm % over the same period of time.
How to run an Operating Rhythm % Report
- Select 'Reports' from the main menu.
- You will be presented with a series of report options under 'Report Type'
- Under 'Report Type' select 'Operating Rhythm %'
- 'Routines': Select the routines or session types you want to include as part of the Operating Rhythm report.
- Subjects: Here you can select if you would like to run the report for:
- Teams': Report on individual teams that report into you
- 'Teams & Children: Report on any teams reporting into you and their teams
- 'Team Level': Report on all leaders reporting into you not including yourself (for senior leaders).
- 'Roles': Report on all team members of a particular role.
- 'Individuals': Report on individuals that report into you.
- Date Range: you can either select any of the five buttons 'Last 7 days' through to 'Last Year' or select the date range you would like to run the report for.
Ensure you select dates that begins from a Monday to a Sunday to show the most accurate data for activities with weekly & fortnightly requirements.
- Click on 'Run Now'.
How to interpret an Operating Rhythm % Report
- The report above provides you with an average operating rhythm % for the time period selected (The red line above)
- The report also provides the week by week operating rhythm % weekly. By rolling your mouse over the 'Actual' line graph, a pop up box will appear providing you with information for that week.
