An Operating Rhythm is a set of cadenced activities (meetings, coaching and/or interactions) that a leader is expected to deliver to drive and manage the organisation's required results. Operating Rhythm % report provides both an 'Average' operating rhythm % (% of the required activities completed on average over the selected period) as well as the 'Actual' week by week operating rhythm % over the same period of time. --- ### How to run an Operating Rhythm % Report - Select **'Reports'** from the main menu. ![Reports](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Reports-1.png?width=670&height=323&name=Reports-1.png) - You will be presented with a series of report options under **'Report Type'** ![Report type options](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Report%20type%20options.png?width=670&height=246&name=Report%20type%20options.png) - Select **'Operating Rhythm %'** from the report type. - **'Routines':** Select the routines or session types you want to include as part of the Operating Rhythm % report. - **Subjects:** Select who you would like to run the report for: - **'Teams':** Report on individual teams that report into you - **'Teams & Children':** Report on any teams reporting into you and their teams - **'Team Level':** Report on all leaders reporting into you not including yourself (for senior leaders). - **'Roles':** Report on all team members of a particular role. - **'Individuals'**: Report on individuals that report into you. - **Date Range:** Provides the option to select data for : - 'Last 7 days' - Last 30 days' - This Month - Last Month and - 'Last Year' OR - Select the date range you would like to run the report for. Ensure you select dates that begins from a Monday to a Sunday to show the most accurate data for activities with weekly & fortnightly requirements. - Click on **'Run Now'**. --- ### How to interpret an Operating Rhythm % Report ![OR % Outcome report](https://support.yaktrak.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/OR%20%25%20Outcome%20report.png?width=670&height=298&name=OR%20%25%20Outcome%20report.png) - The report above provides you with an average operating rhythm % for the time period selected (The red line above) - The report also provides the week by week operating rhythm % weekly.
