This article explains the process for running an Operating Rhythm Baseline vs Actual report.
What is an Operating Rhythm Baseline vs Actual Report?
Operating Rhythm Baseline vs Actual report provides both an 'Average' for how many coaching (and other) sessions were completed and compares them to the 'baseline' for how many sessions were expected. For example if a user is required to complete three coaching sessions, one team meeting and one morning day start per week, their average baseline will read 5 and be compared with how many have actually been completed.
