This article shows you how to find a draft document.
A draft can only be viewed by the creator. For example a team member cannot see a draft created by their leader and a coach can't see a draft created by a coachee.
How to view a draft I have created (Coachee)
- On the 'Me' dashboard, navigate to 'Coaching & Forms' widget.
- Click the on 'History', any current drafts saved will be found here.
- You can delete this draft by simply clicking 'Delete Draft' highlighted in red towards the right of the screen.
- To edit the draft, click on that session, this opens up the coaching form, make amends and 'Save'.
You can access the same history for your drafts via Main Menu - 'Coaching & Forms' process as below.
How to view a draft I have created (Coach)
- On the 'Team Dashboard', navigate to 'Team Members' widget.
- Click on the ellipses for the member you would like to view the drafts for.
- Click on 'Coaching/Form History' as shown below.
- Select the relevant form type the draft exists for.
- To edit the draft, click on that session, this will open the template, make the relevant updates and click 'Save' to complete the document.
- You can delete this draft by simply clicking 'Delete Draft' on the right of the screen.
