How do I remove my campaign?

This article provides guidance on how to end your personal campaigns. You may want to do this for various reasons, such as if the campaign is no longer relevant or if you wish to remove it completely from the system.

A campaign will automatically conclude once its end date has passed; however, if you wish to terminate it before that date, you can follow the instructions below.

How do I end my campaign?

  • On 'Me' dashboard, navigate to 'My Campaign' widget. 
  • Click on the 'Pencil' icon below the Campaign you would like to end. 
  • This will open a 'Update Campaign' pop up window.
  • Click 'End Campaign' button on the top right of the window.
  • The image below illustrates that the 'Contribute' button, along with the '+' and '-' icons, are now inactive, indicating that this focus has been successfully ended.

Please note: When you end a campaign, it will no longer be active, and no further contributions can be made. The campaign will then be transferred to the 'Campaign History' section and marked as complete.

How do I delete my campaign?

  • On 'Me' dashboard, navigate to 'My Campaign' widget. 
  • Click on the 'Pencil' icon below the Campaign you would like to end. 
  • This will launch a pop-up window titled 'Update Campaign'.
  • Click the 'Delete Campaign' button located in the top right corner of the window. This action will permanently remove the focus from the system.
