How do I edit my team members Development Plans?

This article shows how you can edit a team members skills assessment or development plan.

How do I change my team members focus areas on their development plan?

• On your Team Dashboard, navigate to 'Team Members' widget
• Click on the ellipses '...'  and select 'Member Hub'

• You will be taken to the team members development hub where you can view all details about the team members development history.
• Scroll down to the Development/Coaching Plan section as shown below and click on 'History'

• View an assessment by clicking on the 'View' button next to the assessment you wish to view.
  
• Click on 'Edit' in the top right corner of the assessment as shown below and update as required. 

• Click 'Save' to update any changes
