# How do I edit my team member's coaching form?

## This article shows you how you can make changes to your team members coaching form after it has been submitted.

- On your **'Team Dashboard'** navigate to the **'Team Members'** widget.
- Click the ellipses "**..**" across the team member whose coaching form you would like to edit.
- Select **'Coaching/Form History'** from the drop down menu.

- Click on the session, this will open the form
- Click the **'Edit'** button at the top right corner of the form

- Update the changes, add notes, add attachment & you can also delete the goal and add another one here.
- Click **'Save'** at the bottom of the form.

 If you are creating a new goal while editing the form, make sure you click **"Save"** to save the goal first. Then, click **"Save"** again at the bottom of the form to submit the coaching form.
