# How do I edit leave?

## This article will show you how you can edit the leave.

- On your Team dashboard, navigate to the **‘Team Member’** widget.
- Locate the member you would like to edit the leave information for.
- Click on the **'Aeroplane'** icon besides the member name.

- Click on the **'Edit leave period'** option from the drop down menu.

- Update the dates as required and click **'Save'**.

**Any date amendments to the leave period directly impacts the Yaktivity (Operating Rhythm) i.e. if the team member was originally on leave for more than 50% of the requirement, and is now less that 50%, the system will recalculate and advise if coaching needs to be completed by the leader.**
