How do I delete a team?
Use this article when a team is no longer needed because of organisational changes. Only an Administrator or an authorised senior leader with the correct permissions should delete a team.
Important: Deleting a team removes it from the Teams page and as a selectable Subject when running reports.
Step 1: Go to the Teams page
- From the YakTrak main menu, click Teams.
- Use the search bar if needed to find the team you want to remove.
Step 2: Open the team you want to delete
- In the Teams list, click the team name you want to delete.
- This opens the team details screen.
Step 3: Delete (archive) the team
- Next to the team name, click the
icon (the symbol to the left of the team name). - Select Delete
- When prompted, confirm by clicking Yes, archive it.

Once confirmed, the team will be removed from YakTrak and will no longer appear in team lists or reporting subject filters.
