This article shows you how you can remove an entire team, if it doesn't exist anymore due to changes in hierarchy
This action should only be performed by an Administrator or an Authorised Person such as a senior leader who have been provided the relevant permissions. Deleting a team will remove them from the 'Teams' page, as well a selectable 'Subject' when running reports.
- On the main menu, click 'Teams'.
- Search for the team you want to delete
- Click on the team name, you want to remove.
- Click on the
symbol to the left of the team name - This will prompt you to confirm your action, if you click 'Yes, archive it'. It will remove the team from YakTrak permanently.
