How to use Meetings in YakTrak
A Meeting is an activity led by a leader, coach, or manager and delivered in a one-to-many format—such as a team meeting, focus session, or huddle.
YakTrak allows leaders to prepare using the appropriate meeting template and, once the session is complete, share minutes, action items, and notes with their team. Team members can access these meeting records directly from their profiles, ensuring that even those who were unable to attend still have full visibility of the information discussed and captured.
Create meeting from the Team Yaktivity widget
- On your Team dashboard, Navigate to 'Team Yaktivity' widget.
- Click on the Team Meeting activity that you would like to create by just clicking the '+' icon next to it.
- A team meeting template will appear ready for you to fill in.
- Complete the form, uncheck the users who have missed the meeting
- Click 'Save'.
The fields on the meeting template are customisable and will have different fields than the example above.
Create meeting from the Main Menu
On the Main Menu from the left, click the 'Meetings' option.
- From the top right hand corner of the page, click on 'Add Meeting'.

- A team meeting template will appear ready for you to fill in.
- Complete the form, uncheck the users who have missed the meeting
- Click 'Save'.
