# How do I update the meeting cadence for a team?

## This article provides an overview of how to update the meetings allocated to a team.

What type of meetings should be allocated to a particular team are determined by the 'Meeting Cadence' field. This field is a dropdown box of pre-set meeting cadences configured by YakTrak on behalf of your organisation.

#### Please note: Only a YakTrak Administrator can update this for you.

- From the main menu on the left, click **"Teams"**.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the team name that you want to update.

- This will reveal additional details about the team, as illustrated below.

- Next to the **'Meeting Cadence'** field, click the pencil icon.
- Select the relevant meeting cadence name from the dropdown box.
- Click the **'Save'** icon to save the new meeting Cadence.
